Toothpaste heads from Black Lab Products are really fun, really simple cap replacements for a standard tube of toothpaste. Toothpaste Oscar the cat and Toothpaste Pete the dog attach to any standard, screw-on toothpaste tube. Their arms swing shut to cap off the toothpaste when you’re not using it, and when you are, well, the toothpaste comes out of their mouth.
While speaking with them today, they told me that Toothpaste Heads will be on the Today Show on NBC this Thursday morning. They’re previous product Spread Heads (a mustard and ketchup bottle toppers) were already featured on the Today Show (see video below).
The way I see it, for $4.99 it’s a pretty cheap thing you can add to your bag of tricks to get your kids excited about brushing their teeth.
