I might be a little bitter because the hamilton city council have been at this forway too long. I have lost count of the amount of times the paving has been torn up in garden place. Now finally they are doing something about the giant concrete thing but why start at 6am. Surely the contractors/council must be aware that there are still people in town that havent left yet. Perhaps that is their plan. Drive everyone away so that they run around andmake more dumbass decision and not have anyone criticise them for it.
